New subject : Competitive analysis between two web sites

Our new assesment is to make a competitive analysis between two sites.I will explain what it means later.
Now I'm just going to say wich sites I choose:

Amazon.co.uk
and
RueDuCommerce.com

A english Web site and a French one.


Both of them are not specialized and sell many differents kind of products
Books,Hi-techs tools, Cds,DVDs, etc...

Amazon :Created in July 1995.
employing 9000 persons, 7 billions dollar per year


RuDuCommerce : created in August 1999.
1 Million Clients, and 179 millions euros won during the 2005 year.
